For the official Nutanix Training Labs the following recommendations should be applied:
For all trainings it is recommended to have 1 student per cluster.
NHCF: Max 3 students per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
ECA: Max 3 students per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
AAPM: Max 2** students per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
NUSA: Max 1 student per cluster. Min 1 clusters per training.
NDMA: Max 1 student per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
NCMAA: Max 1 student per cluster. Min 1 clusters per training.
* An even amount of clusters is recommended.
** All labs are done in groups. Please book 1 cluster per student if labs needed to be done individual.
Unforeseen Circumstances Policy
At Tielen Consultancy, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality services. However, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control and cannot reasonably be anticipated or prevented.
Unforeseen circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Data center outages or infrastructure failures
- Network disruptions or third-party service interruptions
- Natural events or force majeure (commonly referred to as “acts of God”)
- Government actions, regulatory changes, or other external constraints
In such cases, Tielen Consultancy cannot be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or inability to deliver services as originally agreed. Consequently, fees associated with services affected by these circumstances are non-refundable.
