Who we are
This website, https://www.tielenconsultancy.com, is operated by Tielen Consultancy B.V., De Walvisch 30, 3894 GK Zeewolde, the Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85533572. What personal data we collect and why
Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this only to answer your request.
Orders and bookings. When you order a cluster rental or book a training we process your name, company name, billing address, email address, phone number and the details of your order. We need this to deliver the service, to give you access to the lab environment, to send you an invoice and to meet our legal bookkeeping obligations.
Payments. Online payments are handled by our payment provider Mollie B.V. We do not receive or store your card or bank login details. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Account. If you create an account we store your name, email address and order history so you can log in and view your orders.
Website statistics. We use Jetpack and WooCommerce Analytics by Automattic to see how the website is used, for example which pages are visited. We use this only to improve the website.
Cookies
We use functional cookies that are needed for the shopping cart, the checkout and logging in. Our statistics tools may place cookies to recognise a returning visit. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.
Who we share your data with
We only share personal data with parties that help us run this website and our services:
- OVH, which hosts this website within the European Union
- Mollie B.V., for handling payments
- Microsoft, for our email
- Automattic, for website statistics
- Google, because this website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when you visit a page
We never sell your personal data. We only pass data on to other parties when the law requires us to.
How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoice data for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of your data. Send your request to info@tielenconsultancy.com and we will respond within one month. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, cannot be deleted before the retention period ends.
If you believe we do not handle your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The latest version is always available on this page.
