Training Labs ordering information:
For the official Nutanix Training Labs the following recommendations should be applied:
For all trainings it is recommended to have 1 student per cluster.
NHCF : Max 3 students per cluster. Min 1 clusters per training.
ECA : Max 3 students per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
AAPM : Max 2** students per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
NDMA : Max 1 student per cluster. Min 2* clusters per training.
* An even amount of clusters is recommended.
** All labs are done in groups. Please book 1 cluster per student if labs needed to be done individual.
All prices are per cluster, no additional costs for multiple students per cluster.
Cancelation Policy
- Cluster rentals are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Cancellations or changes to the starting date, duration, or number of clusters must be requested in writing (email) no less than 3 business days before the agreed starting date
- Cancellations or changes requested within 3 business days of the starting date will be charged in full; no refund will be issued
- Reducing the number of clusters or rental days within 3 business days of the starting date is treated as a partial cancellation and is subject to the same non-refundable policy
- Failure to access the reserved cluster(s) on the agreed starting date without prior notice (no-show) is treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable
- Tielen Consultancy B.V. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reservation due to infrastructure issues, maintenance, or other circumstances outside its control. In such cases we will offer a full refund or an alternative rental period at no extra cost

Unforeseen Circumstances Policy
At Tielen Consultancy, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality services. However, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control and cannot reasonably be anticipated or prevented.
Unforeseen circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Data center outages or infrastructure failures
- Network disruptions or third-party service interruptions
- Natural events or force majeure (commonly referred to as “acts of God”)
- Government actions, regulatory changes, or other external constraints
In such cases, Tielen Consultancy cannot be held liable for service interruptions, delays, or inability to deliver services as originally agreed. Consequently, fees associated with services affected by these circumstances are non-refundable.
